Not Now Nancy

Not Now Nancy is a print artist who works from her studio in South London and The Thames Barrier Print Studios. She is represented by many galleries across the UK and has exhibited at group shows in London. She regularly features forgotten themes from mythology, folk law and history books. Bringing together contemporary visual symmetry and a historical narrative, she constructs one harmonious image. Nancy's process involves combining hand drawn elements, found antique illustration and modern symbolic imagery; simultaneously telling a story while provoking a paradoxical result. Her work creates an illusion of fantasy that alters at every glance.
